Frequently asked questions

What does the SEO Analyzer check?

It checks the title tag, meta description, canonical URL, robots meta, viewport, language and HTTPS. It also checks Open Graph and Twitter cards (including whether the OG image loads), favicon and app icons, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, an optional llms.txt, the X-Robots-Tag and HSTS headers, headings, image alt text and JSON-LD structured data.

Is the SEO Analyzer free?

Yes. It is free, and you don't need an account. Paste a public URL and click Analyze.

Do you save my results?

No. Each analysis runs when you click Analyze and the report is shown only to you. We don't save reports or ask for an account.

How is the score calculated?

Every check counts equally. A passed check scores full points, a warning scores half and a failed check scores zero. Informational notes aren't scored. The result is shown out of 100.

Can I analyze a page that needs a login or runs on localhost?

No. The analyzer fetches pages the same way a search engine does, so the page must be public. Private and local addresses are blocked.

I don't understand the results. Can you fix my site for me?

Yes. The analyzer is free to use on your own, but if you'd rather not deal with the technical side, the TechWebster team can fix the issues for you. Use the contact button on this page and tell us about your website.

How do I fix the issues in my report?

Each failed or warning check includes a short fix. The Fix these first list on the All tab shows the most important ones, and the category tabs show every check in detail.
